Price and Delivery
At present we ship to the United Kingdom. The standard shipping rate to mainland UK is £4.00 (Tracked 48 for medium parcel).
The prices shown on the website include VAT. The cost of delivery is calculated at the shopping basket. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days of receipt. If in the unlikely event that your item is not in stock then we will contact you immediately.
How will I know when my parcel has been dispatched?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Secure Payment
You can pay for your purchases securely through our website using Paypal. Payment is taken at the time of order and orders will only be completed once payment has been approved. If there is a problem with payment we will contact you immediately.

Returns/Refund
We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange. Then simply return it to us within 30 days. Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
Soap with a smile products go through a thorough quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this may happen then you will be reassured to know that we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
